We are now tasked with seeking a passionate and highly motivated Client Operations Manager who will work with an Executive Partner, to deliver the continued success and growth to a Private Client department in Bishop’s Stortford. Responsible for caseload management within the team, the successful Client Operations Manager will develop and implement strategic plans and track the performance within the team. Duties may include: assisting the team with the prioritisation of work items; tracking employee progress; management reporting; translating financial reports; contributing to the delivery of the business plan; data analysis in order to build a strategy; liaising with senior fee earners regarding matter updates and; overseeing the department’s processes. You shall be an Operations Manager with solid experience within a similar role; ideally in the legal framework;
Has performance management experience and the ability to achieve objectives against KPI’s;
Demonstrates exceptional communication and client care skills, building long-lasting relationships;
Understands the importance of confidentiality and ensures strong document management skills;
A team player who is equally comfortable working on their own initiative;
Can confidently attain financial and time recording targets;
Strives for high standards in their work at all times;
The ability to participate in marketing and networking opportunities is desirable.
