range of areas and our clients are the centre of it all.

Due to continued growth we are looking to onboard a talented, ambitious Class Action Litigation
Associate. You will have the opportunity to work on high-profile, complex, group litigation claims against some of the world’s largest corporations represented by Magic Circle firms.

You will Provide the highest level of client care in the management of client matters, whilst ensuring
that files are managed effectively and complying with precedents, letters or documents on the case
management system.
Duties will include:
• Investigation of potential claims, producing memos for the Head of Department, instructing counsel and liaising with third party funders.
• Overseeing financial aspects of matters including time recording, and debtor management in order
to achieve your personal fee budget
• Building relationships with internal and external parties
• Ensuring that files are managed effectively, meeting set deadlines, complying with precedents,
letters or documents on the case management system
• Where required you will also delegate work to more junior fee earners and legal support staff to ensure work is completed in a timely manner and court, or other, deadlines are adhered to
• Participating, with other senior fee earners in marketing activities including networking

• Experience of court proceedings
• Excellent relationship and client handling skills
• Motivation and desire to continuously develop own technical expertise
• A willingness to support others and be a strong team player
• An adaptable approach and the ability to foster a culture of positive change
