We are expanding and we are looking for a number of Polish Speaking Claims Handlers to join our
Service Provision team in Blackpool. This will be a fast paced and varied role where you receive all
inbound calls from potential customers and process claims through an agreed call framework. You
will efficiently & accurately manage the claim process allocated from initiation to conclusion
ensuring all processes & timescales are adhered to. It is an essential requirement that you are fluent
in written and spoken Polish.
What you will be doing:
• Answering inbound calls from potential customers, and take them through the claims on

boarding process efficiently to turn the caller into a customer
• Ensuring all calls are answered within agreed timeframes and adhere to agreed schedules.
• Ensuring all customer data is entered and stored confidentially to minimise breaches of data.
• Recording accurate, clear and detailed notes that fully represent all communication.
• Identifying issues through effective and relevant questioning and escalating issues.
• Answer all customer enquiries are resolved. About you:
• Fluent in both written and spoken Polish and English
• Previous experience working in a fast paced customer focused environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a target driven environment.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Good written standard of written English and proficient IT skills.
