The CVT Advisor will liaise and work with our partners and providers to ensure the cases we receive meet stringent acceptance criteria.

 

The work received into the CVT department ranges from cases concerning personal injury (RTA and holiday sickness) to our new product, claims for negligently installed cavity wall insulation.

 

In addition to vetting new work coming into the business the job of a CVT Advisor also includes liaising with clients to ensure they understand the process of making a claim and the production and receipt back of the initial client documentation to ensure a client is properly retained by the firm. Once a client has been retained it is the job of CVT to ensure that the case is then transferred to the relevant area of the business to obtain funding provided by Pure Disbursement Funding.

 

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and abilities:

 

·         Loyal, reliable with customer service experience

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Ability to work under own initiative, to forward plan and to achieve targets

·         Eye for detail and accuracy

·         Ability to understand information and advise accordingly

·         Able to work in our offices in Prescot or Liverpool

·         Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ideally, experience of using bespoke case management software

 

Main responsibilities:

 

  • Discuss and provide advice on potential claims with clients over the phone or email
  • To effectively manage all clients files and exercise high standards of client care at all times
  • To liaise with clients to ensure all client work is undertaken efficiently, documentation is completed fully and that the client is kept regularly informed about progress

·         Gathering information, reviewing and assessing the validity of new cases underpinned by stringent acceptance criteria

  • Provide administration and organisational support
  • To act as a professional representative of PURE at all times
  • To contribute wherever possible to the success of the firm
  • To ensure good working relationships both internally and externally
  • To keep up to date with the changes in relevant policy and frameworks
  • To comply at all times with the procedures contained in PURE’s Handbook
  • To comply with relevant training requirements and attend in house training as may be required
  • To participate in marketing activities on a departmental and firm wide basis
  • To ensure the confidentiality of all the firm’s and clients documents and information at all times
