Job Title: Legal Advisor Department: Claims Admitted Contract: Permanent Salary: £Competitive Location: Liverpool

Duties will include:
• Pro-actively progress cases towards settlement
• Manage own case load in a timely manner
• Assess and secure the correct funding for the client
• Securing relevant medical reports and value in accordance with company direction and

the latest tools available e.g. matrix, case law and Judicial College Guidelines
• Obtaining the clients Schedule of Loss and any evidence required to support a claim
• Securing interim payments and client agreements
• Securing invoices from suppliers
• Chase clients or suppliers when required About you:
• A thorough understanding of the MOJ process, preferable in a similar role
• Ability to assess and review medical reports of various disciplines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to assess and review medical reports of various disciplines
• Ability to accurately record data information
• Organisational management
