Civil Litigation Solicitor

We are currently partnered with a well respected Law Firm in Kent who are now seeking to appoint an Associate or Senior Associate into their civil Team.

The candidate will have a proven track record of dealing with complex matters and have experience in High Court litigation.  This position would suit someone who has a minimum of 3yrs PQE. The role will focus on dealing with a full and varied caseload of general litigation matters. 

Experience in the following areas is essential:

• Landlord and Tenant 
• Contentious Probate 
• Contractual Disputes 
• Employment 
• Civil Litigation 
• Boundary Disputes 

This role requires a highly organised and enthusiastic candidate who enjoys a busy yet diverse role in a friendly and professional environment. The role provides opportunity for career progression for the right candidate.  You will join a friendly team and have extensive knowledge of civil matters within a legal environment and be able to manage your own caseload of files with minimal supervision. This is a busy role therefore individuals must be able to prioritise work, use initiative and work proactively, coupled with a good client manner and technical competence.
