Civil Litigation – Head of Dept.- Bedfordshire

Our client is a modern high street practice and you will be joining as the Head of Department to manage a mixed caseload of Civil Litigation matters. We are seeking someone with experience in a variety of work and consideration will be given to someone who has commercial litigation experience also.

We are seeking someone who can support and develop other staff, recruit and develop the department further and think commercially to look at financial growth, develop the business plan, attend events and draft social media articles. The role will include but not be limited to:

• Financial Matters, including Debt and Insolvency
• Family Litigation
• Employment Disputes
• Medical Negligence and PI
• Property Matters

We are seeking someone who communicates well with clients for this smaller firm who offer a good benefits package and supports career development.
