The firm is looking to recruit an ambitious childcare solicitor to join its team, and is seeking applications from solicitors or legal executives of between NQ-3yr PQE or equivalent with a good working knowledge of the care sector gained during a training seat and/or subsequent post-qualification exposure to this area of the law.
You will be handling your own caseload of child protection matters including pre-proceeding matters as well as conducting advocacy, and you will be able to call upon both excellent supervision and guidance from more experienced members of the team and paralegal support, to ensure matters are run efficiently from inception through to completion.
