CATASTROPHIC INJURY SENIOR ASSOCIATE - MANCHESTER

Catastrophic Injury Senior Associate - A recent client win has resulted in the need for an experienced Senior Associate with proven catastrophic injury and relationship-building experience. This is a key role working for two major clients of the firm and also includes an element of managing more junior staff through previous experience of managing a team is not a prerequisite.

BRIEF OVERVIEW

  • Job Title: Catastrophic Injury Senior Associate

  • Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
  • Reports to: Partner
  • Previous Experience: This role would suit someone with around 4 PQE or above, though PQE is given as a guide only. Client management and the ability to manage less experienced fee earners is also important.

NATURE OF THE WORK

The team advises two major insurers on a range of high-value catastrophic work. The matters are mostly RTA-related including spinal and head injuries.

LEADERSHIP AS WELL AS CLIENT CARE SKILLS ALSO REQUIRED

Fee earning expertise is only part of the skill set requires. Applicants should demonstrate excellent client care and leadership qualities.
