Job Purpose:

We are looking for Case Administrators to be part of a busy vibrant call centre team based in Liverpool City Centre. These are weekly rotational shifts between 8am and 8pm and one in every four Saturdays 9am to 5pm.

You will be liaising with clients over the phone, explaining and assisting with the process of making a claim, fully processing initial documentation to ensure the client is properly retained by the firm and checking all enquiries are dealt with to completion.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and abilities:

  • Experience of working in a proactive ‘Inbound’ customer contact environment
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Clear and comprehensible on the telephone
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills,  with an eye for detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team essential
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, spreadsheets and ideally, experience of using bespoke case management software. (Proclaim)
  • Supporting the business all round when required
  • Motivated to deliver against KPI’s

  • Basic Salary £16,000
  • 20 days holidays per year plus 8 bank holidays
