Business Support

Job Purpose:

 

As a member of the Business Support team you will be responsible for performing various administrative duties to a high standard. As well as general admin tasks, you will be a vital component at multiple points of a file’s lifecycle, facilitating its proper flow through the business by ensuring necessary work is done within appropriate timescales.

 Responsibilities:

 

  • Opening new files on case management software
  • Preparing and serving Bill of Costs
  • Completing litigation documentation
  • Arranging courier collections for incoming files
  • Dealing with incoming / outgoing DX and Royal Mail post
  • Communicating with clients/customers both written and verbally
  • Archiving
  • Any other duties as reasonably required by the business

 

Experience:

  • High level of administrative and clerical experience
  • Working effectively within a team
  • Managing a workload of multiple categories
  • Customer service and communication skills

 

Personal Qualities:

  • Effectively prioritize workload in order to comply with SLAs
  • Good computer skills
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure all incoming work is tracked and actioned accordingly
  • Attention to detail in ensuring all client preferences are adhered to
  • Accurate and thorough data input
  • Can work well within a team

·         High level of literacy and able to communicate professionally with clients

 

 

Compensation:

  • Basic Salary Competitive
  • 20 days holidays per year plus bank holidays
  • Birthday off
