Job Title: Business Development Manager Department: Customer Contract: Permanent Salary: Competitive Location: Bolton

Duties will include:
• Delivering a ‘World Class’ customer service by providing support to internal and external customers
• Developing new opportunities for growth in all services provided by Mobile Doctors
• Fully capturing and exploring all sales opportunities.
• Ensuring all opportunities for growth with current customers are maximised
• Maintaining existing customers business levels and growing business by building strong

relationships.
• Providing market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings,
prospect needs and generate product development ideas
• Producing accurate MI on a regular basis for the Head of Sales & Marketing
• Building managing and maintaining a substantial pipeline and to ensure that all pipeline activity
is accurately documented and kept up-to-date
• Maintaining an efficient Salesforce CRM System to manage accurate customer
records, terms and contracts

About you:
• Previous experience in a similar account management/ new business development role
• Previous experience within a fast-paced service sector/ professional services environment is

highly desirable
• Hungry for success attitude and a drive to exceed all targets
• Highly skilled at building strong business relationships
• A strong work ethic, resilience and tenacity
• Can do attitude and an eagerness to learn quickly, contribute to company strategy and build
the vision
