Highly regarded international law firm seek an experienced Business Development and Marketing Executive. The position will assist in providing local marketing and business development support for lawyers and practice groups, to assist with the coordination of marketing and business development activity within and across practices and offices, provide implementation support for strategic marketing and business development initiatives in Europe.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsible for supporting RFP, pitch, and proposal processes from planning through submission.
Monitoring and disseminating BD activity through various Firm channels
Marketing and other general responsibilities
Assisting with the preparation of legal directory and survey submissions
Assisting with the preparation of marketing communications materials
Website updates including: lawyer biographies, recognition and publications and updating Firm CRM databases
Coordination and staffing of local seminars, webinars and other events: End to end support including creation of mailing lists, event materials, event administration and post event feedback
The ideal candidate will be degree educated with a minimum of 3 years experience within a professional services organization.
Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to plan, organize, prioritize and juggle multiple competing tasks and demands while meeting strict deadlines
Have strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
Have excellent written and oral communication skills and excellent attention to detail and strong computer skills with a proficiency in a range of computer software applications, including MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and Internet searching
