* You’ll use cutting edge technology to understand our target market so we can help more people and give them a better experience. With access to machine learning, AI and prediction modelling software you will have opportunities to develop or improve your data science skills.
* You’ll help our teams to drive engagement and give real time understanding of external talent markets so we can hire the best family law team in the country

More broadly you’ll:

* Improve colleague effectiveness and efficiency through data collation and analysis
* Improve & develop our business intelligence platform
* Maintain, improve and create new automated ETL (extract, transform, load) processes. Data warehousing using Microsoft Azure & SQL Server Management Studio to produce stable & insightful data sources.
* Build dashboards giving insight on commercial trading performance
* Research and suggest new analytics products to help improve visibility of performance

If you’re ambitious and really want to progress your career, we’ll offer you a great salary, a chance to work with wonderful people and the opportunity to work in a really clever way armed with innovation and technology. You’ll have flexibility to work from home, or an office, whenever you like, and you’ll arrange your days or weeks around your commitments, family and leisure activities.

You’ll join our Head Office team, however, you can be based remotely with some travel to head office on occasion.
