Banking Solicitor, Cambridgeshire - A new opportunity has arisen within a highly regarded law firm for a knowledgeable Banking Solicitor to join a progressive and forward thinking team.

JOB TITLE: Banking Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED: 3+ PQE

LOCATION: Cambridgeshire (Commutable from: Cambridge, Norwich, Bury St Edmunds)

SALARY: £Dependant on experience

THE ROLE:

Currently thriving, the team has identified the need for an additional Banking Solicitor to undertake a full and varied caseload of matters including real estate finance matters. As the appointed Banking Solicitor you will be responsible for your own caseload of matters including advising banks and other institutional clients on all aspects of real estate finance and security issues. Covering a range of sectors, you will gaining exposure to a diverse client base and will also be expected to support the busy corporate team on mergers and acquisitions as well as play an integral role in business development and marketing activities.

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are sought from Banking Solicitors with at least 3 years experience in advising on all types of banking related matters including real estate finance matters. In addition to dealing with your own fee earning caseload you will also be expected to play an active role in developing the profile of the firm and team generally. The ideal Banking Solicitor will have gained relevant experience within a reputable practice recognised for their banking and real estate finance offerings. With strong technical skills you will be looking for a position where you can enhance and further grow your skills and experience within a thriving practice. Suitable Banking Solicitors will have experience in dealing with real estate finance matters.
