Finance Litigation - Birmingham or Nottingham (2PQE+)

BCL Legal is assisting a top 10 international law firm with the recruitment of a 2PQE+ finance litigation solicitor to join their financial services disputes and investigations team based in Birmingham or Nottingham.

As a member of this tier 1 ranked financial services dispute and investigations team you can expect to work on challenging and complex domestic and international disputes for quality banking and financial services clients which include interesting cross-border litigation conducted by fee earners across office locations and jurisdictions, through to portfolios of claimant and defendant work for banking clients.

The role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a 2PQE qualified finance litigation solicitor to gain fantastic exposure to top end contentious banking work including:

* Regulatory investigations
* Fraud and white collar crime matters
* Multi-jurisdiction disputes
* Supplier disputes
* Customer claims

The candidate:

· 2PQE+
· Strong litigation skills (finance litigation experience is not essential)
· An appetite for business development
