Banking Legal Secretary
A Banking Legal Secretary is required for a rewarding opportunity with a Legal 500 law firm. The role will be based in Manchester and offers an excellent competive salary and benefits package.
Reporting to multiple senior fee earners and a partner within their busy Banking team. It is a requirement for this role that you have worked for a comparable law firm, but they will consider people from other legal backgrounds (not just Banking). We need to see on your CV you have previous solid legal secretary experience supporting multiple fee earners with audio and copy typing experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Audio typing (Big Hand)
Typing and drafting correspondence
Assisting with and drafting bills
Arranging and booking travel and accommodation
Opening, maintaining and closing files
Updating and maintaining databases
Scanning and preparing documentation
General administration ie. filing, faxing, photocopying etc
Key Skills & Experience:
Previous experience within a similar role
Excellent typing speeds
Efficient diary management skills
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Excellent organisations skills
The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail
Organised with time and documents
Ability to work on own initiative
Flexible, can do approach
