Senior Banking & Finance Associate | Tier 1 Legal 500 Firm| Jersey Office | Up to 6 PQE | £80,000 - £110,000

- Advising on both local and cross-border financial transactions
- Emphasis on funds, leveraged and release estate finance, corporate recovery and restructuring
- Exposure to a broad range of industry sectors
- Involvement with some of the most complex recent deals in Jersey
- Work alongside Partners & lawyers than carry years of deal experience in corporate advice and transactional work
- Be at the forefront of developments in various jurisdictions
- Provide pragmatic, sensible solutions in a timely manner
- Above market rate salary and maximum personal tax rate of 20%
- Full relocation support provided

The Candidate:
- Up to 6 PQE
- Excellent academic background
- Coming from relevant law environment at a leading firm
- Demonstrate consistent performance over last 2 financial years
