The Real Estate group currently consists of 12 partners, 1 consultant, 3 senior counsel, 23 associates, 5 trainees and 5 paralegals. The team is one of the most-wide ranging in the UK and is recognised as a leader in undertaking work across the whole real estate sector. Our expertise encompasses not only mainstream property law, but also landlord and tenant, construction, real estate disputes, planning and environmental law, tax, corporate structuring and property finance.
We are looking for an associate (2-4 years PQE) to join the group and have the opportunity to undertake a wide range of real estate matters. The associate will work directly with one or two partners, however there may be the opportunity to work with other partners within the group. Work will encompass a range of real estate including development, Landlord & Tenant, investment and management for a range of clients in the areas that we focus on.

Strong academic background
Admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales
Training and practising experience with a well regarded commercial real estate practice
Good broad knowledge of real estate matters and market
Active involvement in business development and experience of developing and maintaining client relationships
Personable and outgoing
Ability to understand a client’s business and deliver commercially focussed advice
Ability to work both independently and in conjunction with partners
Experience of supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and trainees
Circa 2-4 years’ pqe.
Competitive, depending on experience
The standard Firm working hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday although we ask for flexibility from our employees as necessary to accommodate business needs.
