Position Summary

We are looking for a junior associate specialized in antitrust and
regulatory to join our Milan office. You shall have strong academic credentials
and a genuine interest in cross-border merger control, cartels, dominant cases
in competition law. You shall also be ambitious and passionate about work,
ready for the challenges of working in a global law firm, service-minded with
strong interpersonal skills and able to work in team.

As a
junior associate, you will be expected to take a lead on many of the day-to-day
communication tasks involved in ensuring that matters are running
smoothly—conveying information to colleagues, clients and outside parties, and
responding to queries and requests.

Qualifications

*
Strong academic record;

* Fluency in English,
a second language preferred;

* LL.M. in Antitrust;

* Experience working in an
antitrust department of an international law firm preferred;

* International working
experience a plus;

* Outstanding
communication and negotiation skills;

* Good understanding of the
key risks and issues involved in cross-border transactions;

* Experience on advising on
abuse of dominant position, anti-competitive agreements (horizontal
and vertical), and unfair commercial practices.
