Join our well-established, high performing and busy Transaction Services Team (TST) as an Assistant Team Leader to help us deliver a world class service to our clients. Our team focuses on tasks that are found in a wide variety of legal assignments but which do not necessarily need to be done by qualified lawyers, such as document review, due diligence and e-disclosure, as well as process elements of transactional, advisory, commercial real estate and litigation work.
We are supported by the use of technology and play a key role in enabling Addleshaw Goddard to respond to client demand for more innovative and better value services. Launched in 2010, we are now one of our biggest divisions with over 170 employees, made up of apprentices, paralegals, managers and solicitors. We were the first team of its kind in the UK, and continue to innovate by delivering work in the most efficient way, saving our clients time and money. The Assistant Team Leader provides comprehensive operational support to activity in the TST, working closely with the Team Leader and Divisional Lead in our Corporate and Commercial (C&C) subteam to help manage the continued development and performance of Paralegals and Apprentices.
The Assistant Team Leader will also carry out some fee earning work. The Assistant Team Leader will have a focus on the C&C subteam, but will also have some wider responsibilities within the TST. This role is based in Leeds, with occasional travel to the other UK offices, as required.
