About us

With nearly 100 years’ experience of successfully representing clients of injury and mistreatment, we have the privilege of working with and supporting the Trade Union Movement and the people they represent.

We are recognised as one of the UK's leading teams by credible directories including The Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, as well as being highly recommended in The Times’ Best Law Firms 2019.

The opportunity:

This is an opportunity to be part of the ongoing transformation of our knowledge delivery services.

You will work as part of our collaborative and cross functional knowledge team that brings together our learning and development team, professional support lawyers and library services to work on the creation of contemporary learning and development interventions nationwide.

This opportunity will suit you if:

  • You are an experienced lawyer, accustomed to delivering personal injury cases from start to finish

  • You can demonstrate working with National Practise Leads and National Coordinators to produce quality learning materials and resources

  • You can work in partnership with learning and development colleagues to identify innovative techniques and practices and provide positive responses to learner feedback

  • You flourish in a collaborative, fast paced and responsive working environment

We strive to be the best, both as a cross functional team and as individuals; we do this collaboratively not competitively and understand the value of all pulling in the same direction.

Location is flexible with some travel to our other national locations.

Benefits

We recognise and reward high performance, with competitive salaries and an extensive benefits package including:

• Structured pay scales

• Contributory pension scheme

• Permanent health insurance

• Life assurance

• 23 days annual leave (in addition to bank holidays)

• Employee Assistance Programme

• Enhanced maternity and paternity pay

• Cycle to work scheme

• Organised sports and social club

• Annual travel and parking loans

• Financial assistance for professional development

We believe that attracting talent that reflects the diversity of the communities within which we live and work is a key part of our business, which is why we are an equal opportunities employer.
