The opportunity





This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and enthusiastic lawyer to join our highly successful National Litigation Unit in Stoke. If you have experience of handling Fast Track Personal Injury claims and are up-to-date with the relevant law and procedure, then this is the opportunity for you.





If you take pride in delivering a high quality service, then come join our team of dedicated professionals who make a difference on a daily basis to the lives of client’s who have suffered a personal injury. With ample opportunity to build on your knowledge and skills through ongoing training and supervision, your professional toolkit will be enhanced to a whole new level.





The role





You will be litigating Personal Injury Fast Track (EL, PL and some RTA) cases for union members, union friends and family scheme clients whilst working under supervision.





You will have experience of running your own caseload and have the confidence and ability to take appropriate daily decisions on cases, involving a considerable amount of judgement and autonomy. To thrive in the role you will need to be incredibly organised, possesses outstanding client care skills and be tenacious in nature.
