 An exciting opportunity has arisen for an agricultural solicitor to join one of the largest real estate teams in the Thames Valley.

 Our client has a long established reputation for providing specialist legal services to the farming community.

 You will undertake a varied and interesting caseload advising on a wide-range of legal issues, including:

  • acquisitions and disposals of agricultural land
  • tenancy issues
  • succession planning
  • partnerships and other structures
  • telecoms leases/agreements
  • planning and development
  • single payment scheme entitlements and stewardship schemes
  • grazing licences
  • easements and way leaves

The role is very much client facing and you will be encouraged to take a very active role in targeted business development activities to obtain new clients for the Agriculture Team. Ideally you will have your own network of contacts that can be exploited to generate new business.  Cross selling is key and you will develop a clear understanding of the other business areas for effective internal referrals.
