Trish Leach, who has been the YLS Administrator since July 2014 is retiring and we are now seeking her replacement.
Council would be grateful if you could consider whether you know anyone who may be interested in the position as we are keen to recruit without advertising if at all possible.
The position is part time, working on a self-employed basis from home. Duties include:-
organising, administering and minuting five Council Meetings each year;
organising and attending events such as the Pub Quiz and other social events;
maintaining the website, including the member database and online system;
organising the annual CPD programme;
producing the periodic e-newsletter;
compiling and producing the Annual Report;
organising the AGM & President Elect’s Reception;
liaising with sponsors;
ensuring the effective distribution of relevant information to members, via e-newsletter and social media platforms (including Twitter and LinkedIn);
assisting the Dinner Secretary with mailings etc
answering enquiries from SRA and members of the public

The commitment is generally in the region of 350-400 hours per year, although some times of the year are busier than others.
