Office: LeedsDepartment: PropertyReports To: CoordinatorJob Summary: Purpose of RoleProviding practical, administrative support within the Leeds office on a daily basis, working in conjunction with the property team.
Key Responsibilities

Maintaining the filing systems and liaising with secretaries and fee earners as appropriate
File management: keeping files tidy and in good order, keeping files alphabetically stored, surplus clips stored efficiently and sent off site as necessary
Taking telephone messages
Dealing with the team's photocopying, scanning and binding needs asappropriate
Maintaining stationery cupboard supplies
