Accounts Processor Fixed Term - Finance - Cardiff
Geldards LLP is a leading Regional Law Firm with offices in Cardiff, Nottingham, Derby, Ilkeston and London.
We are seeking to recruit an Accounts Processor, for a fixed term contract to join us in our Cardiff office.
The role will be working as part of a busy team, reporting to the Financial Controller. The main responsibilities for the role include:
* Posting a variety of financial documents onto the practice management system, including but not limited to sales invoices, cheques, credit notes and payments received.
* Responding to financial queries from both internal and external sources, both by telephone and email.
* Other ad-hoc duties, reports and investigations as required by the department.
The role would suit an individual who is well organised, with a strong attention to detail who takes a proactive approach and is able to work using their own initiative. If you are interested in beginning a career in finance or developing your career, this is an exciting role worth considering.
Previous experience of working within a similar position is not essential, however knowledge and understanding of financial processing, especially within a Law environment is desirable.
