You will work alongside the Head of Client Accounts and the 12 Staff in the Client Accounts team, with the wider Accounts department consisting of over 23 staff.

The role will involve a variety of tasks including banking cheques, allocating electronic payments and covering the CHAPs payment desk.

The key criteria for the ideal candidate will include:

* Previous experience of working in an office preferred

* Previous experience or knowledge of accounts or data inputting would be an advantage

* Good level of numeracy

* Good computer literacy skills, ideally strong in MS Excel

* Good attention to detail

* Flexible approach to work

* Able to work to tight deadlines and maintain a calm attitude.

* Effective administrative skills including accurate record keeping.

* Willing to travel to other offices when required for training, meetings, cover for absent staff etc
