The firm is looking to hire a senior individual to bolster its Employment offering in the Thames Valley office and build and develop it further. There is some residual work in this location and support from the Employment teams in the firm’s other offices and there is also a fantastic client base in the Thames Valley office from which to draw work and grow.

You will be an experienced Employment Solicitor used to a diet of good quality respondent work with innovative ideas on how you would like to grow and run your department. A strong communicator you will be able to maximise on a strong client base and work with other departments to increase the profile of Employment work for the firm in the area.
