Douglas Scott is working with a successful and reputable Law firm based in Northampton who are now looking for a 1st line support analyst to join and help support their firm in all things IT.
As the 1st line support engineer you will be responsible for providing support to users in a professional and efficient manner, supporting hardware and software. You will be a key point of contact to ensure the smooth running of the business.
The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering seamless customer service and consistently exceeding expectations.
