Right now we are looking for a Team Manager to lead and develop a team of around 8 Case Managers within our thriving ‘Non MOJ RTA’ team in Cardiff
As Team Manager in one of our busiest departments, no two days will ever feel the same! Working in a fast paced and high energy environment, this role certainly offers variety. You will lead, inspire and motivate the team to achieve their targets. You will be required to provide technical guidance to your team, allocate cases appropriately, set objectives and monitor and manage performance through regular 1-2-1s. If you thrive on helping people develop and meet (or even exceed) their goals then this role could be for you!
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, personable and passionate with an in-depth working knowledge of the RTA claims process within a volume environment. Ideally you will have some mentoring or people management experience, however, consideration will be given if you have good experience within a personal injury (RTA) claims setting and are looking to take the next step in your career.
