Full-Time Locum Property Litigation Solicitor

I am delighted to be working with a fantastic law firm based in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire that is looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE to provide ongoing cover. This position would be to start ASAP and will be ongoing until the firm can recruit a permanent hire.

The Role

• 5 days per week, fully office-based
• Supporting lenders in collection of loan portfolios
• Dealing with high volume and varied caseload
• County Court and High Court Litigation
• Professional negligence claims against solicitors/valuers/title insurers
• Indemnity claims against the Land Registry

The Successful Applicant

• Must have extensive experience in mortgage repossession work
• Minimum 5 years PQE
• Experience in handling a wide range of litigation matters
• Able to deal with cases from instruiction through to the end of the litigation process
• Able to demonstrate first-class client care and excellent communication skills
• Commercially aware
• Good team ethics and pro-active attitude
• Able to work calmly under pressure with a demanding workload
