Private Client Lawyer - Middlesex

Our client has two offices and provide high street services to individuals and local businesses, and are currently looking for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their friendly and professional firm. You will take over a caseload of files and provide services across Wills, Trusts and Probate matters to a variety of clients, including some HNW.

The work comes across from other departments as well as new clients from the firm's reputation, and as a fee earner you will have the luxury of secretarial support to help with drafting documents, organising your diary and also assisting with billings and debts.

You will provide advice and guidance to new and existing clients who will revisit you for Private Client advice on drafting wills, setting up LPAs, Estate Administration and the implications of tax matters. You will meet clients in the office and also in hospitals and care homes when required, and utilise your communications skills to be approachable and at times discuss sensitive scenarios.

This is a senior position in the team, where you will support junior colleagues and in return, this office-based role will provide a competitive salary and pension.
