Residential Property Paralegal

Sellick Partnership are working with a highly regarded Legal 500 ranked firm based in Manchester City Centre who are recruiting for a Paralegal to join their busy Residential Property department.

The role will suit someone looking to work in a fast paced and demanding environment working on some exciting projects in Manchester and the North West. The role is a client facing role and therefore the candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

Daily activities would include:

• Ensuring clients and introducers receive the best possible service at all times
• Communicating with clients of the department in a professional and courteous manner
• Receiving telephone calls into the department; dealing with the calls as far as is possible and directing the calls where appropriate.
• Taking receipt of deposit payments from buyers' solicitors and dealing with payments out to clients/funder
• Ordering searches
• Preparing files for completion

Given the commercial nature of the role, previous experience in a commercial paralegal role would be advantageous but they will consider candidates from a residential property background and full training will be given to the right candidate!
