Trainee Lawyers are graduates who have secured a training contract with a law firm and are now working towards becoming qualified lawyers.
The training structure tends to expose all areas of the firm’s work to a trainee, allowing them to gain as much experience as possible during their training period.
Trainee Lawyers are given a lot of responsibility early on in the process, balanced with an open door policy for guidance from experienced supervisors.
Trainees will also be exposed to different clients, getting involved in a wide variety of legal tasks. You will be a fee earner despite being supervised by a senior solicitor, and you’ll have your own clients.
