• Salary: Up to 20,000
• Work pattern: Hybrid
• Term: Permanent
• Reports to: Team Leader
• Previous experience: Working in a legal environment.

• Knowledge of the Road Traffic Act and an awareness of RTA Insurer and Article 75 status.
• An ability to; work to set deadlines.
• Deal with calls and enquiries from clients and/or the public
• Remain calm under pressure
• Organise and prioritise their workload.
• Take constructive feedback and set personal goals for continuous improvement
• Work as part of a team

The Role

As a Pre-Litigation Recovery file handler, you will be tasked with tasks such as:

• Reviewing instructions, sending our letters before action
• Organising, prioritising and handling own workload in line with standard operating procedures to ensure that critical dates are met and KPI's and SLA's are achieved
• Correctly identifying quantum, liability and/or Third-Party indemnity issues which warrant further investigation.
