Instruction EXCLUSIVE to Chadwick Nott. One of Staffordshire's premier firms requires the addition of a wills & probate Legal Executive to take on a position that is due to an expanding caseload. The position offers you the chance to have a high-level of exposure to clients and you certainly won't be desk-bound. You will deal with a very varied caseload which will include matters drawn from the following::
·Drafting complex wills
·Advice on CGT and IHT, business property relief and asset maximisation strategies
·Drafting / submission of oaths
-Settlement of tax liabilities
·General administration of estates
·Obtaining of grants of representation, realisation and distribution of assets
-Preparation of estate accounts
·The taking of initial instructions and general advice regarding the advantages and disadvantages of powers of attorney
·The completion / execution of powers of attorney and Court of Protection dealings
·Advice on and drafting of deeds of variation
Providing advice on local authority funded care and other issues relevant to the elderly
