A great opportunity here to join one of the leading South East regional private practices at their Oxford office. Currently recruiting a Corporate Tax Solicitor to get involved with all aspects of Corporate Tax work. This will include UK and international taxation, cross-border transactions, flotations, M&As, re-organisations, corporate finance, and venture capital work. Experience of real estate taxes, IP licensing, e-commerce and employment tax would also be a distinct advantage. Candidates should be motivated, ambitious and strong team players.
This role would ideally suit a lawyer with 1 - 2 years PQE, although applicants at all stages in their career will be considered. A comprehensive remuneration package is on offer including a salary in the region of £35,000 to £55,000. Salary is negotiable and dependent upon experience.
