NOTTINGHAM: SALARY to £45000. Top firm. This is an opportunity to advise leading businesses and charities, as well as monied individuals, on appropriate wealth maximisation strategies. You'll be harnessing a caseload worth £millions at this city centre heavyweight firm, assessing the implications of tax, asset protection and succession. There will also be the occasional need for delving into charity constitutional issues and regulation. It would suit an ambitious Legal Executive ready to step up from a more private client-orientated caseload, as well as a lawyer seasoned in advising businesses on tax and trusts matters.
There will also be the opportunity to provide advice to other professional services firms and a healthy proportion of this firm's business comes from referrals from other lawyers, accountants, IFAs and brokers.
A top-bracket salary is there for the taking.
