SPALDING: Lincolnshire's private client specialist, with 9 lawyers already in place, needs to add another Legal Executive or Solicitor to strengthen the buoyant Private Client practice. You'll deal with a range of matters from the following:
-IHT, CGT and estate planning
-Work on agricultural estates
-Establishing / administering trusts
-Charity law
-Pensions
The firm realise that the successful Legal Executive or Paralegal is unlikely to be an expert in all of the above areas, so whichever of these practice specialities are within your capabilities, you will be able to work to your strengths.
