My client, a successful and growing City practice are looking for a mid to senior level associate to join their growing corporate tax team. You’ll provide routine tax advice on the full range of corporate transactions.
The team has been involved in a variety of tax-led initiatives, such as Enterprise Investment, Inland Revenue and Customs and Excise Investigations, real estate and asset financings, corporate finance structures, investment fund launches and outsourcing transactions.
It is anticipated that you will have asset finance/leasing tax experience or solid exposure to corporate/banking tax. Be a bright exceptional UK practising, technically competent mid-senior level associate, with excellent client handling skills and a strong work ethic
The Practice offers good quality work with a broad spectrum of commercial clients and a high level of autonomy, in a collegiate setting.
