Legal Executive required to join leading specialist private client firm based in Peterborough.
You will be dealing with a complete range of matters including preparation of basic and tax planning Wills, Wills containing Trusts (i.e. life interests, rights of occupation), Enduring and General Powers of Attorney, Declarations of Trust, Deeds of Variation, Change of Name statutory declarations, Court of Protection applications, non contentious Probate and Intestacy work, (below and above IHT threshold), lifetime tax planning, some Trust work and registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney.
The ideal candidate will have over 2 years experience in tax and trusts and have the desire to be the best at all that they do. Excellent remuneration package available for the right candidate.
