**URGENT**LONDON** - Corporate Tax Solicitor 2yrs+ recent relevant experience - £Attractive
Our Client is a top 50 full service City legal practice with offices in London and across the South as well as internationally. Their clients range from international, FTSE and AIM-listed businesses to governments, not-for-profit bodies, private individuals, trustees and intermediaries.
Their corporate and commercial group advises on a wide range of issues, including M&A, venture capital financing, banking, commercial contracts of all kinds, business start-ups, tax, joint ventures, and EU and competition issues. The group has recognised expertise in AIM floatation and transactions.
They are looking to recruit a high calibre, commercially minded tax lawyer to cover mainstream corporate work. With a minimum of 2yrs experience and with a proven track record from a City practice, you will want to work in a challenging, but enjoyable environment covering most transactional work including share schemes.
