Share Schemes/Corporate tax Solicitor - Cambridge
A leading full service law firm with four offices, 79 partners and currently 791 employees are currently seeking Share Scheme/Corporate Tax Solicitor to join their Cambridge office.
The team currently consists of two partners an associate and three solicitors and is rapidly expanding.
The role will involve establishing EMI, Inland Revenue approved and "unapproved" schemes, employee benefit trusts and advising on share scheme aspects of corporate transactions.
The Team has a varied and high quality workload, including corporate tax planning, property tax planning, transaction support for corporate and property departments, employee share schemes and charity law.
The successful candidate will be spending 50% of their time on share schemes work, the rest will be general tax matters, work will vary depending on the skills of the candidate.
Good interpersonal skills required with the ability to build relationships with potential clients, the ideal candidate would be a corporate tax lawyer with share scheme knowledge or a share schemes lawyer with knowledge of tax.
