BIRMINGHAM: Well respected Legal 500 law firm seeks an experienced wills, tax and trust legal executive to join this thriving team.
You will ideally be an experienced Legal Executive in this area and a member of STEP. A high standard trust/probate expertise and technical knowledge is essential, good drafting skills, accountancy skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to build a working relationship with clients and potential clients is a must.
Our client advises both individuals, families, trustees and executors. The work will vary and is encompassing all areas of IHT and capital gains tax, wills.
