A leading BIRMINGHAM city centre practice created this role in response to a growing client base. Referrals from accountants, investment advisors, IFAs and other solicitors firms guarantee a growing workload and highly profitable practice. The firm is not bothered whether the successful lawyer is from a Legal Executive or Paralegal role as long as they have the requisite skills.
Interesting HNW work is guaranteed. Your duties will include:
- Estate planning on large land estates
- Advising banks and property developers
- Advising public sector bodies on land-purchase options
- Drafting land-purchase options
- Administering charities
You'll be welcomed into a knowledge bank of 4 partners, 4 associates and 9 solicitors/ legal executives. It's divided into smaller teams, made up of lawyers of all levels. There'll always be other experienced lawyers around to support you. The partners will also personally train you in any skills you wish to improve.
