The ideal candidate will have mainstream corporate tax experience, together with property tax. (M&A, Venture, capitol company reconstructions, inward investment, as well as property tax SDLT, VAT planning, development and investment structures, public and private structures and management taxation.
The correct candidate will work with foreign controlled companies, public sector bodies as well as venture capitol houses. The successful candidate will be working to the size and depth of London quality work.
Anyone applying for this should ideally have worked in a large city firm or large regional practice. The successful candidate will be technically excellent and equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. Good team players are required with excellent communication skills with the insight into business development.
The successful candidate will have 3years PQE.
