Legal Secretary with Wills and Probate experience is required for Manchester based Legal firm. Salary to £19k

The Role
Working as part of the Wills and Probate team you will be responsible for providing a variety of secretarial support for a very busy and dynamic team. The role includes:-
High Volume audio and copy typing including the production of complex documents, amendments of leases, engrossments, scheduling as well as file notes and attendance notes
Client contact over the telephone on a day to day basis, being the first point of contact for any queries and taking detailed and accurate telephone messages where necessary
Administration work to include photocopying, scanning, faxing and filing to ensure accurate and up to date files.
Liaising with the admin team to arrange travel and accommodation for Partners and Solicitors
Diary Management and arranging meetings
Plus any other ad hoc duties as required
The Person
Previous experience of working in a busy Wills and Probate environment is essential.
Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word is essential and a basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook would also be desirable although not essential. You will have to work accurately and efficiently whilst working to deadlines, therefore the ability to effectively manage your workload is essential. Training will be provided for in house software packages.
