This niche firm with offices based throughout the UK and abroad are looking to expand their busy Public Law Team working with a number of prestigious and well known clients.
The successful candidate will be joining a team that focuses particularly on health, social welfare and education provision, on commercial and general judicial review, prison law, planning and environmental law and professional regulation - often with human rights aspects. They will be managing a caseload and assisting Solicitors dealing with clients, drafting documents, progressing the litigation process and attending court.
