Mental Health Solicitor for an immediate start for approximately 6 months
The firm covers:-
Mental Health Review Tribunals
Aftercare Provision
Judicial Review of Public Bodies
Capacity issues and the Court of Protection
Criminal Appeals and Prison Transfers
Membership of the MHRT panel could be a great advantage
